I've spent 25 years working at the frontier of digital design. From South Africa's earliest digital banking projects to the AI-assisted builds of today, always asking the same question first.

The companies

I co-founded Umlungu, a digital consultancy that ran for close to a decade. Then ClickClickBoom, a focused two-man practice built around design and technical thinking. Bethink is the next evolution. Smaller, sharper, more deliberate.

• Elite Wealth. Redesigned a complex financial platform: workflows, investment and financial planning, reporting, and calculators, both adviser-facing and client-facing. Ongoing, 3+ years.
• Momentum Financial Planning. Helped build a lead-generation platform used by over 1,000 advisers, redesigned the risk questionnaire, and digitised legal forms including records of advice, letters of authority, and letters of introduction. Ongoing, 6+ years.
• Discovery. Turned a lengthy manual cold form into a full digital experience, start to finish.
• Molo. Client experience and content strategy for a platform that lets teams create smart assistants they can share with clients. Ongoing.

AI Automation

I help you save time, increase quality, and do things more easily.

• Quoting. A waterproofing company spent hours on a single quote. We automated it so tailored quotes are generated directly from customer submissions.
• Marking tests. Educators were grading handwritten tests by hand. We built an AI-vision automation that marks them accurately and saves hours.
• Cleaning data. A team was manually sorting messy spreadsheets. We automated turning unstructured data into clean, meaningful information.
• Meeting minutes, agendas, and action items. A team spent weeks compiling these after large client meetings. We automated it, and now it takes under 30 minutes.
• Researching properties. Estate agents were collecting listings across many sites by hand. We automated the scraping into a single, updated database.
• Parsing documents. A client needed text and images from complex PDFs that standard tools could not handle. We built an automation that does.
